By accessing spotbarbershops.com, booking an appointment, or using our walk-in kiosk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About Our Services
The Spot Barbershop provides professional barbershop and hair care services at three locations in Southern California — Whittier, Norwalk, and La Mirada. We offer online appointment booking through our website and walk-in queue management through our in-shop kiosk.
3. Appointments
Appointment bookings are subject to barber availability. We will make reasonable efforts to confirm your requested time with your preferred barber. Please note:
- Arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time
- Late arrivals may be rescheduled at our discretion
- Repeated no-shows may result in booking limitations
- Appointments are subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances; we will attempt to notify you by text
4. Walk-In Queue
Our kiosk assigns a queue position for walk-in customers. Queue positions are not a guarantee of service time, as actual wait times depend on the number of customers and services being performed. We reserve the right to stop accepting new walk-ins when we are operating at full capacity.
5. Kiosk Use
The kiosk is provided for the sole purpose of checking in for barbershop services. You agree to:
- Enter accurate information when checking in
- Use the kiosk only for its intended purpose
- Not interfere with the kiosk's operation or the experience of other customers
6. Phone Number and Communications
When you provide your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages (appointment confirmations, queue updates, and reminders) from The Spot Barbershop. Promotional SMS requires your separate explicit consent. See our SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking an appointment or using our kiosk. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failed appointments resulting from inaccurate information you provide.

The content on spotbarbershops.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of The Spot Barbershop and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services or website content. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from haircuts or other barbering services, as results vary based on individual hair type and condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Spot Barbershop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
